If you want to live in Helsinki, you need to register as well in Helsinki.

First, you need to go to the Foreign Police with some money and passport photos. Then you should go to the Magistrate and take the papers you got from the Foreign Police as well as your Work Contract (they dont register you without a work contract) if you are not a student.

Afterwards you can get forms for paying Taxes.
