Vastaus sinulle minun saunakokemuksetni, kirjoitin tätä pienta tekstia, toivon se on jotensakin ymärrässä

Ennen tulin Suomeen en ole koskaan ollut todellisessa saunassa. Joskus yritin Spa-Centerissa, mutta ei muuta. Nyt tällä mina pidan saunasta paljon, olen opetellessa kuin relax, paitsi kun minun koirani alkaa kivahtaa, pyytää otaa sisään.

En tiedä mutta ajatelen se ei ole oikeaa hänelle, siksi eläinvartalot eivät hikoile. Mutta Aku (koirani) aina haluaa mennä sisään!


Answering your question about my sauna experiences I wrote this small text, hoping is moreless understandable

Before coming to Finland I have never been in a real sauna. Some time I tried it in a Spa-Center, but that was all. Now here I am really liking it, learning how to relax, except when my dog begins to bark asking to get in.

I don’t know but I think it is not good for him since animal bodies don’t sweat. But Aku, my dog, always wants to come in!

En tiennytkään että saksassakin on yhdyssanoja. On hyvä että kerroit sen, on helpompaa kun tiedän että mitä minun pitäisi selittää tarkemmin ja mitä ei.

Mutta oikeastaan minun olisi pitänyt tajuta tämä suomen ja saksan välinen samankaltaisuus, koska loppujen lopuksi, virallisen suomen tai kirjoitetun suomen kieliopinhan loi Mikael Agricola saksasta, latinasta, kreikasta, ruotsista, hepreasta ja hänen omasta suomen murteestaan.
Joten siksi voit havaita monia yhtäläisyyksiä noista kielistä.

Minulla oli todella kiva Vappu (paljon tippaleipiä, munkkeja ja simaa), toivottavasti sinullakin oli!

So sorry that I haven't replyed to you. My internet hasn't been working because of some problems with our operator... I just heard from the news the reason...even some text messages haven't get through to the owners.

I'm really happy to help you, it's not a problem at all, but you know, I can make mistakes too, so please feel free to correct me if you notice anything.

Your text really is very understandable, there's only the little mistakes, but I'm sure most of the Finns would understand what you're meaning.

I don't expect you to memorize all these at once, you can learn them step by step with time, as the phrase says "kertaus on opintojen äiti"= "repeating is the mother of learning".

Oh, I didn't know German have the compound words too. It's good you told me that, it's easier when I know what should I explain and what shouldn't.
But actually I should have realize this similarity between German and Finnish,
because after all, the grammar of the formal Finnish or writed Finnish were mainly created by Mikael Agricola from German, Latin, Greek, Swedish, Hebrew and from his own Finnish dialect. So that's why you can find many similaritys from those languages...

I had very nice Vappu (lots of fritters, doughnuts and mead ), hope you had too!

Yea, well I think my childhood was okay... I've been quite happy, I just hope my later life would be as good as that...
But I'm still kind of searching my way to hapiness, but you know, it all depends on me!
Btw are you from the town or from the country?

I don't know about Germany, but in Finland we've quite big pressures about how "good are you in living".
Like your worth depends on have you achieved certain things like, have you been in the highest schools, have you got good grades, family, a big house and good career until some certain age.
Luckily the intelligence still means something too.
The most stupid thing is that often 15 to 50 years old, if you don't like to drink yourself to the most worst condition or don't drink at all, anyone'll very rarely ask you to any party, because they say you're "boring"

But anyways, it's really hard to find your own way, when everyone's pushing you all the time to excel yourself starting from parents to the employees etc. and at the same time you want to satisfy the expectations and still you don't want to be just like the others and then there's all the pressure in how you look etc...
and the worst is the media, it's so hard to find out what's true and what isn't, they're so good to fool you or make you understand the thing in a wrong way.
But I think these are quite common problems nowadays when the competition is so hard between everybody.

This isn't the easiest time to anybody, I mean, from my friends, one has an anorexia and she just came from hospital and another one just went there because of bulimia, friend's friend made a suicide, two of my friends told me they've been thinking to do it and many are cutting themselves, and a few have been drinking from seens 11 years old because they're feeling so bad,
one's mother beats her etc... And hardly nobody can get to the real doctor or psychologist, because there's years lines or ain't enough the doctors...
Maybe the life's too easy here when so many people wants to end it. Don't know...
Hope this isn't too long answer... I'm not sure do these things really interest you, so just say then and we can talk about something else.

To you too, I want to apologize for the late answer, especially when you went through all this trouble and writed in Finnish when I asked you to.
So thank you so much for your story! I corrected it, but just wanted to tell you that I understood everything in a firts glance without even looking at the English version.
Hehe, my dog always wants to come to the sauna too, especially at our cottage when it always has to wait us outside untill we run out from sauna to the lake.

Can't really understand how you can have been living without sauna, my mom goes to the sauna every evening, even if she gets home at 1 am after some family party...
it's like life and death to her. Ofcourse it's bad for the climate, but we try to cut down the waste from our other things...
I'm really sad for the dogs, the poor animals can't enjoy about the pleasures of sauna.^^ Anyways, you have to say to your dog that it's your time to relax now and it has to wait its own turn. XD

Sinulle myös, haluan pyytää anteeksi myöhäistä vastaustani, erityisesti kun sinä näit niin paljon vaivaa ja kirjoitit suomeksi, koska pyysin.
Joten kiitos paljon tarinastasi! Korjasin sen, mutta halusin vain kertoa, että ymmärsin kaiken ensimmäisellä silmäyksellä edes vilkaisematta englanninkielistä versiota.
Hehe, minunkin koirani haluaa aina tulla saunaan, erityisesti mökillämme aina kun sen täytyy odottaa ulkona siihen saakka kunnes juoksemme saunasta järveen.

Vaikea ymmärtää miten olet voinut elää ilman saunaa, äitini menee saunaan joka ilta, jopa vaikka hän tulisi kotiin vasta klo 1 yöllä joidenkin perhejuhlien jälkeen....
Se on elämän ja kuoleman asia hänelle. Tietenkään se ei ole hyvä ilmastolle, mutta me yritämme vähentää päästöjämme joistain muista asioistamme...

Ei se mitään. Minullakaan ei ollut aikaa suomen puolesta. Ilma oli kovasti hyvä toukokuussa kahdeksi viikoksi. Siksi olin työssä puutarhassa usein. Olen opiskellut vähempi kuin muuten. Tällä hetkellä kertaan sanat viime viidestä kappaleesta. En saa unohtaa mitään!

Se on oikea että kertaus on tärkeä, erityisesti jos kieli on niin vaikea kuin suomi. Kuinka sinä edistyt opiskelemassa? Mistä lähtien jo opiskellet japania? Entä milloin olet valmis?

Eilen pohjustin tämän tekstin ja melkein olen unohtanut että minun täytyy hakea tytöni uimasta! Näet, että tarvitsen paljon aikaa, mutta luultavasti kirjoitan virheellisesti loppuna. Mutta en luovun koskaan!!!

Luulen että aika on tullut vastata sinulle. Minulla on vähän ongelmaa kotona, niin että en voi vastata niin nopeasti. Toivon että et ole vihainen minulle. Tällä hetkellä olen työssä. Asun pienessä kaupungissa joella Rein. Se on 100 km Kölnin etelässä. Koblenz on ensi iso kaupunki minun paikan lähellä. Paikalla on 3500 ihmistä. Asun perheen kanssa talossa joka ostimme 8 vuotta sitten, kun minun mummoni kuoli (se oli hänen talo).

The pressure you are talking about is certainly not only a problem of your generation and of your country. Here, many things are judged by envy, which is a typical German decease. I don't know where this envy comes from but it exists. That's one reason why I feel so uncomfortable here.

Young people, esp. those under 20 years, do not have such massive problems here as you describe. At least in our region such terrible "cases" are not known to me. I think it must be pretty hard for you to have so many friends around you suffering from anorexia or even thinking of suicide. Reading this was really shocking. But even more than shock it was a surprise to read these words from a Finnish girl. I always thought Finns must be the happiest nation of the world. Although: A few months ago I read an article saying that in Finland more people commit suicide than in any other European country. That was hard to believe. And I still cannot believe. This has nothing to do with "sisu"!
In my eyes the biggest problem of Germany - concerning the youth - is their unwillingness to learn. More and more pupils are leaving (lower) school not knowing the capital of any other European country. This is not a joke. This might be a fact due to our old-fashioned school system but PISA speaks its own language. In my home town you can see boys and girls (hardly 14 years old) walking along the street (not using the pavement), all with cigarettes in their hands, appearing just if they want to free the world. That's awful. I'm lucky that my daughters are not of their kind.

Dear Aurora, I don't mind to start sometimes a serious conversation. I hope for you and your friends that everything will be fine and that you, Aurora, will find your way to happiness. I'm sure you will!

Kiva että teillä on ollut hyvät säät siellä! Täällä on myös ollut erittäin nautittava sää, on satanut paljon, mutta koska rakastan sadetta kaikkein eniten, se ei haittaa minua. Aloitin japanin opiskelun noin kaksi vuotta sitten. Isosiskoni opetti minua, koska täällä ei pahemmin ole kunnollista japanin opetusta muuten kuin Helsingin Yliopistossa.
Siskoni on opiskellut japania itsenäisesti noin viisi vuotta, mutta me molemmat
olemme niin kiireisiä ja hän tulee tänne yleinsä vain viikonloppuisin ja lomilla, että se on ollut hyvin epäsäännöllistä.

Viime aikona olen opiskellut enemmän itsekseni englanninkielisistä japaninkirjoista, koska (tietääkseni) ei ole olemassa yhtään hyvää suomenkielistä japaninkirjaa ja se on aika vaikeaa, mutta tämän kesän jälkeen menen uuteen kouluun ja siellä on yksi japaninkurssi missä on
natiivi japanin opettaja ja vaikka me vain katsoisimme animea ja muuta sellaista, niin kuin yleinsä suomalaisilla japaninkursseilla, voin opiskella silti kotona ja tehdä sitten kysymyksiä tälle opettajalle, joten se on silti hyödyllistä.
Kirjoitat todella hyvää suomea ja siksi en ihmettelekään jos se ottaa aikansa...ja näyttää siltä että se vähä aika mikä meillä on, ei ole mikään ongelma, koska me kummatkin näytämme olevan hyvin kiireisiä joten ymmärrämme toisiamme, eikö?

It's nice that you have had good weather there! Here has also been very enjoyable weathers, it has been raining a lot, but I love rain the most, so it's okay with me.
I started to study Japanese a couple of years ago. My sister taught me 'cause here ain't proper Japanese teaching except in the Helsinki's University. My sister has been studying Japanese by herself about five years, but we both are so busy and she comes here only in the weekends and holidays that it has been very irregular.

Lately I've studied more by myself from the Japanese books which are all in English, because (as far as I know) there ain't excisting any good Finnish book about Japanese and it's quite difficult, but after this summer I'll go to the new school and there's some Japanese course where's native Japanese teacher and even if we'd just watch anime and stuff in there like usually in Finnish Japanese courses I can study at home and make then questions to the teacher so it'll still be useful.
You really write very good Finnish so I understand if it takes some time... and it seems that the little time we've is not any kind of a problem, because we both seems to be busy so we understand each other right?
