I am from India and I am a certified Yoga teacher and I would like to teach Yoga part time in Vaasa, Finland. Any ideas how I can go about doing that? And do I need to know Finnish or is English enough?

Hi,

I am working in Finland for a Finnish employer, on a three-month visa based on a provision in the Aliens Act for "invited experts". I recently received my first salary, where I was charged for "employment pension" and "unemployment insurance", besides a flat tax-at-source rate that is used for people working without a work permit. But as far as I know, since I am here for only three months, I am not eligible for social security at all. Should they be charging me for the pension and insurance then? Where should I follow this up ... are there any resources on the web that I can read?
