Why does nobody hang around in the chat room?

I have logged on a few times over the last week, I spoke to Snow for a few minutes, and someone called Lena logs in regulary for 30 seconds at a time.

Apart from that there is nobody there, then this today:

So I ask everyone who logs on to chat, to wait a few minutes before leaving, that way our community will grow a little more

I was just wondering, would it be possible to add in a script on the homepage that displays the number of people in the chat rooms?

If visitors see that there is someone there, they are more likely to login to chat )

I see, but lots of people can be logged onto the forum, but nobody in chat. Maybe they dont want to chat?

why would someone make a fake person for the chat room...thats just weird

But yeah its true what drummerac is saying...because a few weeks ago I logged on at 9?for the finnish language chat and no one was here that was quite disappointing

But yesterday there was at least 3 people at a time which was awesome and would be nice if it would be like that more often

ok ! LETS TRY TO FIGURE OUT ADAY THAT MOST OF CAN BE THERE, AT LEAST FOR 15 MINUTS JUST TALK AND INTRODUCE EACH OTHER ,SO WE CAN BEGIN SOMTHING AND MAY BE REBEGIN THE WEEKLY EVENT THAT WE USED TO HAVE INN WINTER .SO WE CAN HAVE FRIENDS GATHERING AND WARM UP THE WINTER WITH NICE DRINKS .
