Thread: Need Flat in Helsinki and Around area URGENT!

Me and my husband need flat start Next Month (On March) in Helsinki or around area, because my husband just get job in Helsinki and we must moving out from my city end of this month.
Our budget is 500 - 600 euro per month .
We prefer flat with elevator but if not we rather choose in 1st floor.And also flat with terrace it will be good for us.

For 500€ to 600€ rent a month in Helsinki , you will get a very small flat / box. We rent out a 28 s/metre flat for 500€ a month, and thats cheap

Does that include fully furnished, with water and electricity and internet charges?

Are you joking?? you are moving to Finland and you have not looked all this up. 500€ is just the rent and the mainternace. For about 80 s/metres in Helsinki you are looking over 800€ a month and maybe you would get a very small garden (if you are luckey) internet around 20€ a month , electricity 30€ a month.

First i'd like to say thank you for some of information that posting to me.
Actually,we're not just looking flat in Helsinki.We are searching also flat outside Helsinki as long it's not too far from that city.
So far,somebody offered flat for 550e per month for 59 m2 incl water in Kerava.It's like 30 minutes to and from Helsinki and has good public transportation also.
We're just reserved that flat altough still renovation for kitchen floors,And i think it's best price ;D

i live in kerava , i know the prices here , would u tell me , where is the flat location , and what services are included? i might be able to tell u if it was good deal or not

In the building sauna heated on thursdays afternoon, washing room, places for bikes.
The flat has lots of light and is in a calm area ( facing the inner garden)
You need your own computer and TV.

hi Rami..thank for your help, here is some flat they offered me :
Koukkutie 33, kerava Ahjo the room 59 sqm (2H + K).The price 529e - 583e per month, they said it is like 538e incl water.
The room that they offer me already had stove,refrigerator and lift elevator also in this building.
I don't know, because we have tight time to find flat, and so far we get it in Kerava.
So, what do you think about their offer?and Is Kerava quiet city?
