Corruption is found all over the world,

However, in some countries it is an epidemic, almost a way of life. I doubt that the level of corruption that exists in Russia will be seen here in Finland. That is not to say that Finland is not entirely immune to it being just next door and doing a lot of trade with them. Corruption can take many forms, not just cash and bribes.
