Thread: Cheapest way (bus/train/flight) from helsinki to rovaniemi

What is the cheapest way to get from Helsinki to Rovaniemi?

Return ticket with the train is 160 EUR...Bus should have a similar price tag. Flights are a bit more expensive but faster...1 hour instead of 10 hours

Not meaning to bump this but a plane ticket (if purchased online) is actually the far better and fastest choice. A train ticket to Rovaniemi from Helsinki and vice versa is 104€ for a non-student (adult). A plane ticket vice versa is only 111€ not to mention it's like 6½ hours faster (if you take the fastest train).
