Thread: Summer Vacation Turku/Tampere

Hey everybody,

I'm gonna go to Finland in the summer, it will be my first time to visit Finland and I'm more than excited! I'm gonna go with some friends and we were thinking of renting a small cottage somewhere between Turku and Hellsinki so that we're going to be able to visit both cities. My question now is: What is there in those two cities you would consider a must-see? I mean, I want to see EVERYTHING but I don't know if we are going to have enough time! What did you guys enjoy most and what would you advise us to have a look at (also maybe nice bars and pubs! )

I think u can have a very good chance to have fun in this vacation specially in Turku there is lots of summere places , like the Nääntali ,I dont know if the spelling is right but its a very nice city and u can check Turku Castle in the city of Turku, and main things if u rent a car and do the trip round all Island there and taking the ferries its great places .

and about Helsinki its very nice and every things is good there specially lots of Museums if u like such things and great nightclubs and pubs ( AUSSI pub, Onella night club , lux , 51 ,etc )....
and also the open air musem in Surassari island in Helsinki , and the biggest fortres in Eurep in Suomenella island ,and all beautiful Cathedrals .
