    Default Gift For Finnish People

Hello everyone, hope all of you doing great.

I have a simple question for you . Because I got a gift from my Finnish friends, I want to send a package back as a reply. So, What finnish people like generally as a gift. I will also ask them what they'd like, but I want to make them surprise with your creative ideas =)

    Thanks.

Well....I think it depends a lot on the person. Who are you buying a gift for? Is it just one person or one family? Is it a he or a she? Is this person an adult?
If I would expect a package from istanbul I would like it to be something local. Something you cannot get in finland

Actually, it is for family, so it includes both she and he in it and also both young and old =)=) that is reasonable to buy smth that they cant find in Finland but in Istanbul =)=) Maybe a kind of clothe represents Ottoman Empire

Thank you for your reply, if there is anything you want to suggest please write here =)

I think coffee would be ideal as Finns love coffee, and Turkey is famous for coffee. Sweet things are always appreciated too.

Finnish people like Finnish things. I don't think I can ever recall any Finn I know saying how much they like a foreign product. Oh, except some chocolate drink in Starbucks. You could send that?

Don't believe in me, I don't know what I'm talking about.

But with that said, I do know a few Finns who like flavoured teas, so that might not be a bad idea after all.
