Spanish: because my mom teached me
English: because somebody at school decided I should learn it
Italian: after several years living in Italy
French: never taken a lesson but with lot of French friends I learned pretty well
Catalan: also after some years working in Barcelona
and now Finnish is my priority!

older words are from arabic but now young people are not using them(ye me too:P)
they're integrating and using english words nowadays

& Turkish alphabet is Latin
so in Turkey is same as Iran for example nowadays people try to not say Salam as Hello they try to use Dorood (verrrry ancient persian !), in Turkey i learnt a lil turkish,& learnt how to read Turkish !!

I know only few words in arabic, but I can't read. I knew that Salam meant hello! and Masalama (maybe its not written this way, but it is said like that) is goodbye

hmm yes Salam meant hello & it comes from Peace well i dont know what is goodbye exactly in Arabic *after 5 years studying!!*
arabic alphabet is like persian but we have some different alphabets like g,p,zh,ch I think & they have a T that comes at the end of words which is like our H plus 2 dots but its easy anyway if you like to learn how to read & write them

Slam is Arabic and it mean peace as Maniya Said .
Arabice and Peresian its so easy to learn how to read and write but not how to speak and understand ,cause you write as you pronounce .
