What is the best Finnish food for you?

Jauheliha-makaroonilaatikko. Or ground beef and macaroni casserole for those not familiar with it.

I love finnish food! Salmon soup, berry whip pudding, prune star tarts, pulla, herring, sand cake, beet salad. Yum! Also a salty salmon which my grandma purchased in a small can, any idea where that can be purchased in Canada??

Delicious Finnish food!

Mustamakkara (black sausage) with lingonberry jam and cold milk!

Kalakukko! (traditional food from the Finnish region of Savonia made from fish baked inside a loaf of bread)

Karelian pasties....... Karelian hot pot, Finnish squeaky cheese (also knows as 'bread cheese' in Finland) and of course Mämmi and Lörtsy!

Hi!
I love to bake Pullaa. My kids are even enthusiastic when we have fresh pullia.
Next month when I visit Helsinki I hope to get to know much Finnish food.

Nähdään, Astrid

You have said in some other post you want to come to live and work in Finland, sorry to say this, but you'll have problems with that approach...

I am just wondering, where in Nepal you have eaten Finnish food?
