You can be in the woods at the night, and you'll not have any problem... If it was in Portugal... 50% sure you would have troubles

Helsinki was voted one of the safest towns in the world, and overall all of finland is pretty safe.
Obviously you have the cold during the winter, the snow and ice issues (especially while driving) and also certain wildlife can be a bit bitchy. But thats just like anywhere else.
Apart from that, even though we do have alot of guns etc. Overall we have one the lowest gun crime rates in the world as well.

True, i really think as Finland as a really pacific place
