Hi there,

I just found this place and joined at once. Seems like a cool forum

I moved to Finland a couple of months ago to work and I'm liking it very much.
Could be nice to befriend other people in similar situations though, so that's why I joined.
Going back and forth every day between Helsinki and Espoo (where I work), but haven't seen much else so far.
Loved the snow last week and keeping my fingers crossed for more to come, as it would be great to do some skiing.

Anybody who can recommend good concert places and or finnish metal concerts that should not be missed?

Welcome Zidora!

There are quite a few people who are in the Helsinki area. I have lived in the US for the last 9 years, but will be returning to Helsinki tomorrow. I can't recommend any places as I don't know what's still around and how things have changed. There is a ton to do though. You should come and join us at the Christmas party on 13th and you'll make lots of new friends.
