Hello everyone!

I just came in here a few hours ago,and thought to say you all here a big "Hello" ! I'm an Indian and recently been attracted to Finland, and have since spent my time seeking out information on all things Finnish. That made me stumble upon this site,which I think,is one of the most useful source for the same in the internet today.

I am looking forward to make some new friends in the process and would love to interact with all of them so as to keep myself updated with latest happenings and so on.

Hopefully I'll be able to go to Finland sometime soon if all goes well, so I'll need to start getting acquainted with the Finnish language skills as well.

From one new member to another, welcome! I look forward to getting to know you, and hopefully sharing some interesting conversations.

As for the language, my Finnish is very basic. I know my greetings, general responses, and even have a grasp on numbers; other than that my knowledge trails off. I've found some very useful posts so far with links to websites and programs that have proved very helpful. I'd definately suggest taking a look.
