I, like Estesark, couldn't find him the second time I went to the Aussie bar and didn't know why but then I ran into Phil at the Irish Embassy on St.Patrick's night last week.
It turns out that the diesel in his van froze as he was making his way home that first night and the cost of getting towed home was high (It's a huge van) So unfortunatly, rather than risk it again he had decided to give Helsinki a miss until the weather got warmer.
He will be back in front of the Ausie bar again within a few weeks he assured me

Re: Traditional fish and chips in Sipoo and HelsinkiSounds good Pal! Lets face it there cant be much shortage of fresh seafood where you are. What type of saltwater fish is native in the Baltic and Gulf of Finland?
Maybe next year I will come visit with the missus.
