I am interested in Kayaking in Helsinki (if possible in Vuosaari area). Any ideas where I can rent a Kayak?

I found a place in Vuosaari: Natura Viva offers rentals and paddling courses:

Natura Viva - Kallahti Paddling Center

Kayak costs 14 EUR for 2h

There will be an opening event at 1.6.2008 where you can paddle 15 minutes for free.

I love kayaking, back in UK when i was a member of lifeboat station. Used to go kayaking all the time for practice and also patrols. I also did championships, such as the ironman.

I go Kayaking once in awhile in the archipelago where I live. It is well worth it, but its a bit severe in the Winter...
