Personally for me Windows is an extremely complicated OS: menu over menu, folder within more folders, patches over patches, do something and then click again to confirm it, crashes every other hour... I have used it at work only when there's no alternative.
Mac and Linux are far more estable OS, actually both are built over Unix platform.
Linux is quite easy to use, but you have to be a bit geeky to find some specific function or software and download it. The best thing without doubt is that it's free.
Mac has both fierce fans and agressive detractors, but for me is the best OS so far, extremely intuitive interfaces, if you need something just think which or where would be the most logical solution or place to find it and go, sure it will be there. Extremely estable, my MacBookPro has crashed just one time.... in 3 years!
Never had compatibility issues, and I have plenty software options for all my needs. And the best part is: you don't need to worry about virus / antivirus updates.![]()

long live the MAC!
and that's coming from the mouth of a windows helpdesk agent haha

Hi All,
1) Snow Leopard (Mac OS) - Reliability
2) Windows 7 - I just installed this 2 days ago from work. So far is better than Vista. I'm still testing, and maybe upgrade my PC at home.
3) Linux - Ubuntu, I got to play around with. This OS is reliable too. I have to say if you are really good at Linux. It's possible to make GOOD $$$ here in US.
Take Care,
