As most of you already know, we have an Experience and Award System for FinlandLive.

Basically, it works like this: The more active you are in our Community the more Experience Points you can collect. If you have collected a specific amount of Experience Points you will get a higher Level. If you have reached Level 15 or Level 30 we would like to award you!

How to get Experience Points:

Points for reputation: 1
Points for reputation use: 2
Points for days online: 2
Points for friends: 3
Points for social group members: 5
Points for visitor messages: 1.5
Points for album pictures: 5
Points for threads in the Forum: 5
Points for adding tags in the Forum: 0.5
Points for thread votes in the Forum: 1
Points for replies to own threads in the Forum: 0.3
Points for thread views in the Forum: 0.02
Points for posts in the Forum: 2
Points for thanks in the Forum: 2
Points for writing a Story: 10
Points for refering a friend to Finlandlive: 25
(New Member has to enter the username of the Referral during the registration process)

Spamming would be if you contact members and ask all of them the same question. Or if you reply in the Forum with useless phrases.

The Community is regulating itself. If a member is fed up with something he/she will contact me anyway.

When I said spamming, I didn't honestly mean I would really spam people. And I meant more like starting threads and posting stuff there. Not necessarily on the topic, but just chit chat in general.

I don't understand the purpose of the public profile messages... Is that just to say hi and stuff or what? Isn't it easier to communicate via private messages than the public profile messages? Aaapuva!
