Default from school to university in Finland

tomorrow...first day of summer school.. no!!
I was wondering hows school & university in Suomi..
in here the whole school schedule to university is like this:

    age:2-5 years
Kindergarten (no compulsion-for kids who have busy mothers..but its fun,my best years was in kindergarten =D)

    age:6
    Pre-Elemantary school for 1 year.

    age: from 7 to 11
    Elementary School for 5 years.

    age:11 to 14
    Middle school for 3 years.

    age: 14 to 17
High School for 3 years & get High School Diploma.

    age:17
    Pre-University for 1 year...Compulsion for University.
& after Pre-University there is a hard exam named "Konkoor" for entering university.

    & university begins ....

so hows education in Suomi? can I access to University with a high school diploma?
or I HAVE TO get a Pre-University Document, because I know people who got agreement with Pre-University Document from Helsinki & Turku University .

Far as I know, the undergraduate studies include that and the master's degree together; most likely having them as two separate entities are confined to people from other educational systems perhaps? One of the reasons there appear to be a lack of master's degrees choices available in Finland, for you handle the two together starting from the undergraduate. That makes 3 years of undergraduate and 2 years of master's degrees, 5 years of uni for ya.
