    well I guess it's normal it is hard for:
    1) there isn't that much available jobs at the moment, even for finns...
    2) if you don't speak finnish well chances are you won't find a job or you will have a job that sucks big time.
    3) Finns are a bit reticents to immigrants because some do come to Finland only for the social welfare system, and they do it on purpose to make their life hard so they won't benefit from the social welfare unless they really plan on working here and not abuse of the benefits.
