Default Are Foreigners more innovative than Finns?

The ration Finns/Foreigners is about 5/1 but surprisingly more Foreigners open their own business in Finland than Finns.

Maybe other folks are more into business... and money

I think Finns are in general quite innovative, for example, watch all very unusual methods people find out, and things they use when trying to defrost or roast something in summer at the grillipaikat (on campings)... I have never seen people do so much with so little

I dont think its like this ,first Foreigners who come to Finland are mostly ppl who dont like to stay at one place and want to creat their own life and thats include all immigrants anywhere even the Finnish when they travel abroad.
and I think the Finns r innovative ppl , as a very small population this nation raise their name so well internationally in lots of feild that touch the human life specially the information Technology industry and the business and Sport.
thats mean they r innovative .

There are very innovative people in every nation and also there are idiots in every nation, so I think you can't really compare nations like that. You can compare smaller groups of people who work for the same target and say that one of them was more innovative than another one. But doing it nation wide is not smart I'd say.

I think that if restaurants / catering industry was removed from those statistics, things would look differently.

How many Finnish Restaurants do you hear of? everyone knows of Chinese, Thai, Italian, Mexican, French restaurants.

I think that foreigners just have more experience about the restaurants and business stuff... The people who have lived their hole life in a big cities probably have quite good picture and ideas how those things should be done... also Finns I know aren't really interested in about that kind of things... most of the people like more to think for example the meaning of life xD
