Thread: Finland - A country for international professionals?

There was an article in YLE that the European Chemical Agency find it quite hard to convince professionals from other countries to move to Finland:

• Finland is far away from their home towns
• Highly qualified spouses do find it hard to find work in Finland
• They don't want that only Finns work in each department but rather that whole of Euorpe is working there

What are your thoughts?

Well the Perussuomalaiset almost won. First thing Perussuomalaiset would do is to stop Swedish language.Then the russians immigrants. Leave the Euro. No more refugees. And then they will decide what to do with the Ulkomaalainens (Foreigners) left behind
