As with any country good behaviour is common sense!

I have yet to visit Finland the first time, but I'm always reading a lot about their culture and studying their language. From my knowledge, its best that you avoid small talk. When you talk about something, keep it interesting, nothing meaningless like small talk. Griffin63 is right. Its polite to look into their eyes while they are talking to you. Don't look away because it seems rude to them. They think you are not interested or not paying attention. They can be on the quiet side and will only talk about anything personal if they know the person very well. (Well to me, this applies for most people) On the other hand, they are good listeners. With that in mind, its best you avoid talking about anything personal because it may make them feel uncomfortable. This is basically my knowledge as of right now. Hope this helped.

Since you appear to be a Dutchman and familiar with common European business culture, just dress formally and behave in a matter-of-factly manner.

Firm handshake is a must in Finland. Offer your hand first to the people and introduce yourself.

For the interviews- define your dress code based on the position you're applying for. Don't over do it, it works against you.
